JetBlue flight attendant makes hilarious emergency exit after calling it quits
JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater was just doing his job, moving
to ask a passenger to sit back down after prematurely rising to pull a
carry-on from the overhead compartment. After a rude response, Slater
had had enough — he went for the emergency exit.
The passenger who Slater was coming down the aisle to stop while the
plane taxied to its gate ended up bopping the flight attendant on the
head with her bag and told Slater to "f*** off."
What did Slater do?
He returned to the plane's intercom and announced: "To the f***ing
a**hole who told me to f*** off, it's been a good 28 years. I've had it.
That's it."
After that, Slater opened the emergency hatch of the aircraft,
grabbed his luggage (and a pair of beers), and then made his ludicrous
escape down the emergency slide. He made his way through the airport to
his car, then drove home. That's just about the greatest way anyone has
ever quit their job, ever.
The story has a bummer of an ending, though. Slater was arrested at
his home in Queens and charged with a list that includes trespassing and
reckless endangerment and could face up to seven years in prison.

rofl, pretty funny story, though I'm wondering where this trespassing charge is coming from. Seven years... but I doubt that will be the case.
